Deandra Spinner is a Writer, Director and Editor born and raised in Orlando, FL. In 2006 she relocated to Los Angeles, CA to attend The Los Angeles Film School with a focus in directing and editing. During her time at the school she both wrote and directed several projects.
Prior to relocating to California, she worked for Clear Channel Communications in Marketing and Promotions where she contributed to the success of numerous concert festivals and charity events. These shows featured major-label artists and bands and were attended by thousands of fans.
Having a deep and sustained interest in all aspects of the entertainment industry, Deandra briefly attended Full Sail in Winter Park, Florida where she studied Recording Arts and Paul Mitchell The School in Casselberry, Florida where she studied Cosmetology. Throughout her childhood she pursued acting, singing, dancing, theater and was a finalist in the Florida State Music Competition at the University of Central Florida.
Since her departure from film school, Deandra has continued to produce, write, direct and edit on various projects. She is currently finishing up post-production on a proof of concept film for Death Trap.
